No Customer Service does not mean not serving cusotmers, it means the extinction of traditional reactive customer service as the "service" is delivered exactly when the customer needs it - preventing the need to ask. Of course complete extinction is idealistic, but reducing it to an absolute minimum is our goal.

Assuming customers' "Success" is achieved when they can't live without your solution, the core element for continual budgetary and resource allocation is a true, and ideally measurable appreciation for the value you provide.
