First off, thank you for using Impartus! We will respond to your initial request with a confirmation and ticket number within one hour, and depending on the question or issue you’re facing, we will endeavor to resolve it within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that we operate during the business hours noted below. If you contact us outside of those hours, we will get back to you the next business day.
